The Writtle Tea Rooms is located opposite Writtle College and therefore
we have a large involvement with them. Established in 1893, Writtle
College has been producing leaders in the land-based industries and
organisations for over 100 years. Please

Writtle College Garden Centre & Farm Shop
Associated with one of most prestigious
agricultural colleges in the country, they have been growing to an exceptionally high standard in Stock
for over 20 years. They supply shrubs, climbers, perennials and ornamentals
across the country to a number of landscapers, professional gardeners
and nurseries.
The farm shop will continue to sell the College Produced jams and
juices, and are shortly to sell fresh and locally grown fruit and
vegetables.

Cottage Corner Art
James Merriott kindly exhibits his artwork on the walls of the tea
room. Occasionally we are lucky enough to have Jim join us for a
weekend where he demonstrates his painting. Please check the events
